EMPLOYEE NEED ASSOCIATION
The Employee Need Association provides emergency financial assistance to employees of Martin North Properties managed by Columbia Hospitality. The Association is funded through the voluntary contributions of employees. Financial aid is available to people who contribute if they experience unusual or unforeseeable financial problems.
If you contribute to the Employee Need Association and require financial help, please talk to your property manager or Tamara Roberts troberts@nullcolumbiahospitality.com in People and Culture. (If they are not available, please visit with Natalie Baskins natalie@nullmartinnorth.team at the Martin North and Columbia Hospitality Cannon Beach Support Center). To determine if a request should be approved, board members consider the following factors: The availability of funds, whether or not the need can be verified, and whether the assistance being considered will solve the problem. Please remember that the fund is not a savings account or a loan. Contributing to the fund will not guarantee that a request for assistance will be approved.
If you would like to contribute to the Employee Need Association, please visit with Tamara regarding your participation.
